The digital management of litigation archives in people's courts is a “key project” in judicial informatization. It breaks through the limitations of traditional archival management and utilization, enabling scientific management of archival information resources. Although the pace of digitization varies across courts nationwide, it is foreseeable that once the four-tier court digitization model is fully implemented, archival management will enter a new phase. This will enhance the public's sense of judicial fulfillment while simultaneously elevating both trial administration and litigation service standards.
